The Ravid Path: Educator Training
Training army alumni to serve as impactful non-formal educators.
In partnership with Hashomer Hatzair, this program recruits young counselors for the kibbutzim of the Western Negev. The program includes their recruitment, training, and professional support so that they can integrate into the informal education systems on the kibbutzim, thereby building and establishing a bridge for them to settle on the kibbutzim.
