Project "Anchor"

The Anchor Mentorship Program will serve as a bridge to create anchors of certainty and a routine in a complex reality through personal support from a mentor. The mentors will help young people understand their next steps in various areas of life, and the ways to advance them, while striving to motivate young people to take on key roles in the formal and informal leadership of their kibbutzim. The meetings will be held weekly alongside group meetings that will include lectures and enrichment.
